Who controls your information

The parent or guardian who owns and administers the Charmynator brand (the “Brand Owner”) controls this website and all information collected through it. All Charmynator accounts, this domain, payment processing and email are owned and administered by the Brand Owner.

What we collect

• Order details you provide at checkout: name, email address, shipping address and the items purchased.
• Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers, security codes or expiry dates.
• Basic technical and analytics data: pages viewed, referring source, device type, approximate region and returning-visitor status.
• Messages you send through the contact form, including the category you select and your reply address.

What we deliberately do not collect

• We do not create public user profiles, direct messaging, open chat or user-uploaded content on this site.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site is written for a general audience aged 13 and over.
• We do not publish or collect the minor's full legal name, home address, school, exact location, phone number, personal email, exact birthday or daily routine.

Why we use it

• To process and deliver merchandise orders, and to provide order support.
• To respond to business, sponsorship, collaboration and merchandise enquiries.
• To understand which pages, videos and products people actually use, so the site can be improved.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the service providers that make the store work: Stripe for payment processing, our shipping and fulfilment partners for delivery, and our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Children and parental consent

Merchandise purchases are intended to be made by adults, parents or guardians. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to this site, contact the Brand Owner and it will be deleted promptly.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by writing to hello@charmynator.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and will explain if any record must be retained for legal reasons.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and access to order and contact records is restricted to the Brand Owner and authorised helpers.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the brand grows. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the site.
